Preserved Lemon (LC#14174): Add that extra zest or citrusy flavour by making this homemade pickled lemons. It is preserved in salt and its own juices. Serves this as a side to any meal.

1.Squeeze lemon & lime to get enough juice.
2.Cut lemon into quarters without cutting all the way through the base.
3.Spinkle lemon with salt.
4.Pour enough lemon juice and lime juice to cover the lemon. Seal the container for at least 3 weeks.
